Requires intrusive permissions to track phone activity for "measuring network performance". Uses dark patterns to opt out. I only have a broadband plan. Terrible UI: buttons are all over the place, not consistently coloured to indicate that they can be interacted with. Ads in the middle of each page. Nuff said. Billing page is a mess and requires you to scroll down to the bottom of the current bill to see past bills. How long will the page get with more bills added?

My old M1 app bugged out since November and I couldn't get it to work at all - at some point I went on to the M1 live chat and their agent told me that everything has been shifted over to the new M1+ app when I never got a notification for it to begin with. So I downloaded the new M1+ app, and they made me set up a bunch of stuff before sticking me onto an unending loading screen. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and still nothing. Live chat is useless since they keep saying no available agents.

Why in the world would you ask to verify my email every time I open the app? Is it that hard to implement biometric logins? I just needed to pay the bill, but the app refused to display the detailed PDF bill. Next, trying to pay the bill just gave a grey screen, and navigating back logs you out of the app, meaning verifying your email again zzz... Had to reload multiple times for each screen in order to properly display it. You're an Internet company for goodness' sake!
